What is the Central Catholic Fund?

The Central Catholic Fund provides significant support to our students so they can pursue their dream of a quality Catholic education in a caring environment. The generous support of our donors provides our students with academic, co-curricular, service, and spiritual growth opportunities to give them confidence and hope for their future. Every student benefits from the Central Catholic Fund and your gift may be directed to support our students in the following areas.

Central Catholic Fund

Gifts to the Central Catholic Fund which are not designated for a specific purpose will allow the CCCHS Leadership Team to direct monies to areas of greatest need, such as building repairs, replacement of furniture and fixtures, student support services, and additional tuition support where most needed. The flexibility of these gifts makes them invaluable.

Scholarship & Tuition Assistance

Over the many years of our existence gifts in support of scholarships and tuition assistance have made it possible for thousands of students to realize the benefits of a Cleveland Central Catholic education. These gifts provide funding for scholarships and tuition assistance for those students whose families would otherwise find it difficult to afford a Cleveland Central Catholic education.

Mission

Gifts directed to Mission support initiatives focused on one of the guiding principles, which is to help our students deepen their faith in God. Mission gifts also provide Campus Ministry with funding for retreats, outreach programs and materials necessary to support our students in their faith journey while at CCC.

Academics & Programming

Cleveland Central Catholic's academic programs and co-curricular opportunities are integral components of providing our students with the best opportunities to succeed in high school, college, career, and beyond. Our curriculum and programming are designed to ensure students can explore new interests, find their voices, develop their passions and learn inside and outside of the classroom. As an example, the 2022-2023 school year is the inaugural year for our Construction and Building Trades Program developed through a partnership with Cuyahoga Community College and the Construction Employers Association.

Athletics

With 13 varsity sports and numerous clubs, it's not surprising that more than half of our students participate in one or more of these activities a year. Our coaches and club moderators focus on personal development, teamwork, developing a strong work ethic, and building confidence and leadership skills. Your gift to CCCHS athletics will help ensure our student-athletes are well equipped have adequate transportation to and from events and our athletic facilities are maintained at a high standard.
